Ethnoscience Studies in Songket Sasak Cloth Motifs: Prospective Science Teacher Perceptions

The aims of this study were to explore the perceptions prospective science teachers towards ethnoscience studies in songket cloth motif sasak tribe. This exploratory research conducted three education programs namely Biology, Chemistry, and Physics Education with 53 involved as subject. Closed questionnaire likert scale expertly validated applied for data collection. analyzed by quantitative descriptive statistics, Anova test t-test inferential statistics. results showed that (1) perception has an average score "Good" category terms gender, regional origin, program; (2) there no significant differences male female teacher based on significance value 0,455 > 0,05; (3) difference teacher’s refer origin (native Lombok non-native) t 0,466 (4) biology, chemistry, physics program Anova's 0,423 0,05.
